Chicago Boot Camp is a women's only four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional education and team motivation. Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, PAR courses, hill running/walking, hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, pilates, sport yoga, surprises and much more.

Boot Camp Overview
What is it?
Chicago Boot Camp is a women's only four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional education (with the option of individual nutritional counseling and meal planning), and team motivation. This program, developed by Bay Area Boot Camp in the San Francisco Bay Area, has proven successful across the nation. Bay Area Boot Camp owners Heather Glenn and Mary Beth Gonzales are proud to bring the Bay Area Boot Camp™ program to the Chicago area.
Each day, camp will be one hour in length, motivating and inspiring. Camp is held in Longfellow Park.
How are we different?
While your physical training will be performed in a team environment, you will receive personalized fitness assessments, fitness guidance and nutritional education to help you reach your individual goals. Each instructor has obtained a NESTA Boot Camp certification and is committed to your success. Our program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours. We provide you with a supportive fitness community and offer educational opportunities that you can't find through any other program.
What if I am not physically fit?
NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team. Each day will increase slightly in intensity. Awards and certificates will be given to those who are committed, supportive, inspiring and show the most progress!

Where is it?
Chicago Boot Camp currently offers its program in Longfellow Park.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. We also offer three and four day per week programs if you can not meet five days per week. You may upgrade to the five day per week program at any time. All participants will be expected to arrive on time!

Why should I participate?
Along with achieving dramatic physical improvements, you will also meet great women who share your same passion for attaining a healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the Chicago has even started its day.
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week camp has a registration of $325. That's 20 hours of instruction for $16.25 per hour. Where else can you get premiere, cutting edge fitness and nutritional instruction for this incredible price!
Do I have to go five days per week?
If you sign up for the 5-day a week program, then yes you do. However, we also offer other four-week programs, which include 3 days of training per week (Mon-Wed-Fri) for $210 or 4 days of training per week (any four days Mon-Fri) for $275. If you begin either the 3-day or 4-day per week programs and later decide you would like to switch to the 5-day per week program, we will simply prorate the remaining days.
We are now accepting registration for our next camp. Once we receive your registration information we will contact you to schedule your pre-camp evaluation. This evaluation will be administered by one of your Chicago Boot Camp coaches.
